STEP FOURTEEN: TEST THE WHOLE SITE

Start by checking for broken internal links. Click Site --> Check Links Sitewide. DW will generate a report of any broken links within the site: pages that are missing, for example. Checking external links is a bit trickier. DW's tools simply are not as robust when it comes to this. I recommend using Xenu instead. Xenu is a small program that's very good at checking large numbers of links and generating useful reports.

It's also a good idea to read through and spellcheck all pages. Once a site is live, you are judged by what's there, so you want it to be the best possible.

Even after all that, I still like to click through the entire site, checking the navigation and links myself by hand. But once you've tested the site, you can launch it.
